Soul Searchin’
Sometimes I sit an close my eyes
To my surprise
I still can see
I be what people say I can’t be
I find my soul deep inside
It was to long of a ride
Standing there thinking my journey is at it’s end
Still looking for a friend
Who is my soul mate, I don’t know
I might just flow
Pretend that I’m happy, just for now may be
We’ll see
My happiness is prematurely interrupted
Sadness should be deducted
Follow my future if that’s true
I’m owed what’s due
All my pain and Sacrifice
Prove to be something twice as nice
Found U my 1 an only good
Made me forget about the hood
I may never be happy again who knows
That’s the way life goes
But when fear is lurking
I’ll still be soul searching
I am a creative soul by nature. I can take sounds, words, images and create more sounds, images and words, so come through and enjoy the mixture, take in the vibe and relax.
